Refund policy:
You can receive a full refund on unused/unopened solutions within 15 days after the date of receipt. Replacement of any faulty equipment (i.e. Foggers, etc.) are also available within 1 year of the purchase date. Repair of any faulty equipment (i.e.Foggers, etc.) are also available within 2 years of the purchase date.

Delivery policy:
We process orders 9am-4pm M-F, orders received over the weekend and/or after 4 pm are processed on the next business day. Shipping charges are based on size and weight and fulfilled by UPS. Customers can choose shipping options when they check out or when they place any telephone orders.

Return policy:
If you wish to return any merchandise and receive a refund or exchange, please send back the unused products to 521 Marine View Ave., Ste K, Belmont, CA 94002. Along with an email to [email protected] describing the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange for other products. We will process all refunds and exchanges immediately upon receipt. Please include the best telephone number to contact you in your email. Cancellation policy:
Our auto-shipment subscription can be cancelled 30 days in advance by sending a written notice of cancellation via email to [email protected] or by mailing a written notice of cancellation to 521 Marine View Ave., Ste K, Belmont, CA 94002.
